Most people will fix their eyes and $$ on sports idols and never spend as much face to face for fellowship ever because they are in rebellion to God, they enjoy human statues/trophies and weaing peoples names on their back rather than the cross.

First be complete and satisfied with the Love of Christ and God so your weak and tiny heart won't be decieved God will never take 2nd place, HE will let all relationships fail is he is. Touching and kissing someone in a passionate way outside of Holy Love in a family/community or marriage is a decietful wicked way. Sex is always only for marriage. Diseases (mentally physically), curses,demons, and punishment, stronghold always will happen. It will be a supernatural miracle from Gods love and your repentance to break free from all lustful decisions outside of Gods will.

Make sure your not a addict to fitness. Dicipline and working out is healthy and good. Its Never better than SPIRITUAL training. Steriod/druguse/overtraining/comparison/following a human idol is completely destructive to your body, mind, and soul. Just to have a Vain six pack never worth it. Comparing yourself to someone who spent their entire life & $$ on having their body look a abnormal way will destory you. Most of those people don't even like who they are, and they are never satisfied, some even die younger than most if you get to know them. a lot of these people end up having severe joint, mental, organ, and health problems later. I myself use to over train. I also know of many who died or ate mentally diseased and depressed now. it's amazing when you can actually have your discipline, not just maintain your body.But also help someone with service, it does your soul and heart even more good than lifting a vain wieght ever will. Ex. (painting, remodeling, farming, lifting things for others, carrying others, digging, welding, mechanics, taking care of animals, and all labor intensive services).1Tim 4:8 For physical exercise is of limited value, but godliness is valuable in every way, holding promise for the present life and for the one to come.
