Use what God gave you to help your friends out, no excuses many people are too overweight to even walk, and some are paralyzed, gwt up already go stay in shape to prove to the world a pill won't make you better, knowing who you are and that your strong enough to motivate yourself to enjoy what you have to you can overflow with love to others!!
