"James White's book The King James Only Controversy (Bethany House Publishers, 1995) includes a question and answer section. One of the questions reads, 'I've been told that there were homosexuals on the NIV translation committee. Is this true?' On pages 245-246 of his book James White gives the following answer. 'No, it is not [true]. But due to the consistent bearing of false witness by many KJV Only advocates, Dr. Kenneth Barker, Executive Director of the NIV Translation Centre, had to write a response to the accusation, which I quote below:

[Dr. Barker writes]: 'It has come to my attention that false rumours are circulating, in both oral and written form, that the NIV is soft on sodomy (that is, homosexual sins). The alleged reason for this is that some NIV translators and editors were homosexuals and lesbians. These charges have no basis in fact. Thus they are simply untrue. And those who make such false charges could be legitimately sued for libel, slander and defamation of character. Here are the facts. It is true that in the earliest stages of translation work on the NIV (in the late 1960s and early 1970s), Virginia Mollenkott was consulted briefly and only in a minor way on matters of English style. At that time she had the reputation of being a committed evangelical Christian with expertise in contemporary English idiom and usage. Nothing was known of her lesbian views. Those did not begin to surface until years later in some of her writings. If we had known in the sixties what became public knowledge only years later, we would not have consulted her at all. But it must be stressed that she did not influence the NIV translators and editors in any of their final decisions.'

"This is a very cleverly worded statement and one which we can allow Virginia Mollenkott to answer herself. In a letter to me [Michael J. Penfold] dated Dec. 18th 1996, in reply to my investigation into her true role on the NIV, Mollenkott wrote the following revealing letter:

"[Virginia Mollenkott writes] 'I worked on the NIV during the entire time it was being translated and reviewed, although I was never free to attend the summer sessions even when I was invited to do so. Elisabeth Elliot and I were the Stylistic Consultants: our job was simply to make sure the translation would communicate clearly to modern American readers, and that the style was as smooth and understandable as possible. I was never removed, sacked, or made redundant from my work on the NIV; if I were, my name would not have appeared on the list sent out by the IBS. It was Dr. Edwin Palmer, who lived near my college, who invited me to work on the NIV. He had heard me speak and respected my integrity and my knowledge. So far as I know, nobody including Dr. Palmer suspected that I was lesbian while I was working on the NIV; it was information I kept private at that time. Dr. Palmer always sent me the batches of translating to review, and I always returned them (with my comments) to him. I have not kept track of which of my suggestions made it into the final version; I am a busy person, and it was a labour love in the scriptures. I do not think anything concerning homosexuality was in any of the batches I reviewed. I do not consider the NIV more gay-friendly than most modern translations, so I do not understand why anybody would want to bash the NIV because a closeted lesbian worked on it. I was not a translator; if I were I would have argued that the word/concept "homosexual" is too anachronistic to be utilised in translating an ancient text. But I was a stylist and nobody asked me. I no longer have any contact with the NIV-CBT, but I am often amused to remember that I frequently refused my $5 an hour stipend because I heard the project was running out of money. At the time I was naive about how many millions of dollars are made by a successful Bible translation! Please tell Kenneth Barker for me that although there is much controversy about homosexuality among Biblical scholars, to my knowledge nobody denies that the Bible condemns lying about other people. He should be ashamed of his attempt to rewrite history.

"'Somewhere in my files is the letter I got thanking me for my work on the NIV when the project was completed. I also have the slipcase version sent out to the whole NIV team in 1978 by Zondervan; and I have the tenth-anniversary edition sent out to the whole team in 1988 by the International Bible Society. Various other editions were also sent out gratis to the translation committee and stylists, but I have received nothing since 1988 that I can remember. Because I am idealistic and sincere, it never occurred to me that anyone would lie about my contributions, so I was not meticulous about keeping records. Thank you for anything you can do to set the record straight. You may utilise this letter to do so, and I'd appreciate you sending me a copy of anything you generate. Sincerely, Virginia Ramey Mollenkott.'

"Why could not Dr. Barker have told the truth in the first place? Taking Mollenkott's words at their face value, the NIV publicity machine has nothing to worry about. Does their anxiety to distance the NIV from homosexual associations reveal something more sinister?

"In the light of the following, I believe it does, as it has now come to light that THE CHAIRMAN OF THE NIV'S OLD TESTAMENT TRANSLATION COMMITTEE, DR. MARTEN H. WOUDSTRA, WAS A HOMOSEXUAL. This is much more serious than Mollenkott's involvement. Here we have one of the leading scholars on the NIV CBT who is a homosexual. Obviously this fact compromises the whole project, especially as this fact was well known by his colleagues for many years. However, only now is this fact coming to the notice of the general public through articles like the one you are reading.

"Dr. Woudstra, who died in the early 1990s, was a long-time friend of Evangelicals Concerned Inc. This organisation was founded in 1976 by New York psychologist, Dr. Ralph Blair, as a nation-wide task force and fellowship for gay and lesbian 'evangelical Christians' and their friends. ECI's address is 311 East 72nd Street, New York, NY 10021. They can be found on the internet at http://www.korpi.com/ECWE/

"It was during a series of research phone calls to Dr. Blair that I first confirmed the fact of Dr. Woudstra's homosexuality. Blair and Dr. Woudstra were friends. Dr. Woudstra had been on the mailing list of Evangelicals Concerned from its inception, and although he had no formal ties with ECI, on one of his many trips to New York he called in and had tea with Dr. Blair. Dr Blair told me that Dr. Woudstra shared the viewpoint of ECI that lifelong 'loving monogamous relationships' between gay men or women were acceptable to God. He believed that there was nothing in the Old Testament (his special area of technical expertise) that corresponded to 'homosexual orientation'. The 'sodomy' of the OT simply involved temple rites and gang rape (Gen 19). Notice the similarity between this view and that of Virginia Mollenkott. Dr. Blair clearly stated to me on the phone on 23rd September 1997 that Dr. Woudstra, a lifelong bachelor, was a homosexual. He intimated that other members of the NIV translation committee were also quietly supportive of ECI, but he was not able to tell me who they were (for obvious reasons). He later called them 'bigger' names than Dr. Woudstra.

"As to Dr. Marten Woudstra theologically, he was once the OT Professor at Calvin Seminary, the college of the Christian Reformed Church (Dutch Calvinistic). Over 70% of this denomination's churches now use the NIV. Dr. Woudstra was considered very 'conservative' within Calvin Seminary. He wrote the Joshua Commentary in the New International Commentary on the Old Testament (Eerdmans) which was also contributed to by such illustrious 'evangelical' names as F.F. Bruce.

"In 1973 the Christian Reformed Church published their official position relative to homosexuality. There is currently discussion, debate and disagreement over the issue of homosexuality within the CRC as in the wider Reformed denominations. For instance, the CRC's sister denomination, the Reformed Church of the Netherlands, took the position in 1979 of actually approving homosexual behaviour within certain bounds. This is a more liberal position than the CRC has ever yet taken. Is it not incredible to think how far the CRC has travelled over the years when one considers some of the former teachers, professors and presidents Calvin Seminary has had, such as Harry Bultema, Herman Hoeksema, H.J. Kuiper, Louis Berkof and William Hendrikson, to name a few.

"In 1970, the CRC Synod appointed a six man committee to study homosexuality. Its report was adopted by the same Synod in 1973. One of the six, Clarence Boomsma, was four times moderator of the CRC and pastor of two CRC churches. In fact Boomsma held the record for the longest pastorate in the CRC; 35 years in the CRC church in Grand Rapids, near the Calvin Seminary.

"I called Clarence Boomsma on the phone in October 1997, and had a long talk about Dr. Woudstra since he had know him for many years and had been his friend. HE TOLD ME THAT DR. WOUDSTRA ASSISTED THEM IN WRITING THE REPORT ON HOMOSEXUALITY. I have a copy of the complete report in my office. It takes a compromised 'middle line' between the Biblical anti-homosexuality absolute, and the Reformed Church of the Netherlands liberal acceptance of homosexual behaviour within certain bounds.

"Let me quote a few lines from the report (Report 42, Art. 53, 1973):

"'In fact, its [homosexuality] origin is so unclear as to be finally a mystery' (page 613)

"'As the cause of homosexuality is uncertain, so is the possibility of correcting it' (page 614)

"'Responsibility and the possibility of personal guilt for the homosexual arises at the point where he must decide what he will do with his sexuality. It is here that the Christian homosexual must ask what God's will is for him in the same way as the Christian heterosexual must ask what he must do in obedience to God with his sex drive' (page 616)

"[Note here the clever but wrong comparison being drawn. For a man to desire sexual relations with a woman is not wrong within the marriage relationship. However, for a man to desire sexual relations with another man is always wrong in all circumstances].

"'From this story [Genesis 19, Sodom & Gomorrah] read as an isolated incident we cannot conclude however that homosexualism is here condemned' (page 617).

"[Note that this report took the position that a person may be a homosexual by birth (homosexualism) due to the fallen and irregular nature of humanity, but should not practice homosexual acts (homosexuality)!]

"'In how far the prohibition of homosexualism [in Lev 18:21 & 20:13] is binding on us is therefore a question that remains' (page 619).

"'It has been suggested that the use of these words [malakoi and arsenokoitai in I Cor 6:9-10] stresses the activity rather than the condition of homosexuality' (page 619)

"[Note this vital belief of Dr. Woudstra. This is the reasoning behind the very clever translation in the NIV in I Cor 6 'homosexual offenders'. Thus the NIV here allows a person to be a homosexual, as long as they don't offend.]

"The report refers constantly to the 'Christian homosexual', and urges that he 'deserves the same acceptance, recognition, compassion and help that is given to any person (page 626). Since the report urges a fully functional place in the church for 'Christian homosexuals' is it any wonder that, according the Boomsma, the CRC has currently (1997) one openly 'celibate' homosexual minister who has 'come out'. All through the report one is struck with the similarities it bears to the views of Virginia Mollenkott. Even the title of her book 'Is The Homosexual My Neighbour' finds an echo on page 631 of the CRC's Homosexuality Committee's 1973 report where paragraph 2 begins 'Love for the homosexual neighbour...'

"The 1973 report advised homosexual ministers to seek pastoral and psychological help to cope with their desires, but stopped short of condoning homosexual practice. Boomsma felt that although the CRC should understand and 'sympathise' (page 630) with the struggle homosexuals faced, for which they may bear minimal responsibility (page 631), it could not make an exception and allow such people to engage in 'homosexual activity' that is wrong. This is still the view of the CRC in general.

"Taking the scriptural principle of two witnesses, I will now add the comments of Clarence Boomsma regarding the sexuality of his friend Dr. Woudstra, the Chairman of the NIV Old Testament Committee. Boomsma made the following statement to me on the phone on 25th October 1997; I wrote it down verbatim: 'It is generally believed among us [Christian Reformed Church and Calvin Seminary] that Dr. Woudstra was a homosexual.'

"I asked Boomsma if Dr. Woudstra was an 'active' homosexual. Although he knew Dr. Woudstra's views on homosexuality very well and holds in his possession a written dissertation by Dr. Woudstra on the subject, he did not feel free to comment on its contents. However, he did tell me about a '[homosexual] incident' in Dr. Woudstra's career in which his professorship was at stake. Woudstra survived and was not fired by the Seminary.

"Boomsma also spoke of Dr. Woudstra's frequent trips to New York 'which like all large cities has a large homosexual population'. On his return Woudstra would tell Boomsma how much he enjoyed the 'plays' in New York. I asked were these 'gay plays'. Boomsma would only say that New York has a large gay culture and is dotted with gay bars, and it was his impression that his friend, Dr. Woudstra, took part in this side of New York's social scene.

"I submit this research as I feel it has a direct bearing on how the NIV treats homosexuality. By removing the word sodomy and sodomite from the Old Testament, the language is changed and new ideas are introduced. By speaking of homosexual 'offenders' in I Corinthians ch. 6, the NIV allows for people to be homosexual as long as they don't 'offend' by being 'active'; and this is the position of the Christian Reformed Church, Calvin Seminary, Evangelicals Concerned, and who knows, quite a few other members of the NIV Translation Committee other than the late Dr. Woudstra. The fact that Leviticus denounces homosexuality in total does not worry them as such ethical condemnations do not apply today! ''A corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit'' (Matthew 7:17)."

 I warn the calvinists (and the pentacostals, lutherans, baptists, others that follow this) If you don't follow sound doctrine the lies trickled (leaven) throughout this man-made religion it could cost someone their soul and eternal relationship with God! Thats blood on your hands.  Sound doctrine is essential for some who practice sins that lead to hell (this Is not theology, Jesus said to worship him in Truth (the correct Hebrew and Greek concordance context) and by the Holy Spirit (righteousness, peace, love, joy, faithfulness, kindness, self-control, goodness). Many letters to the church written by Paul (mid 40’s to 50’s which are proven God will never let his word be destroyed) clearly state if we practice sins knowing the truth there is no longer a sacrifice for us.  Also I warn the calvanists about the lies they worship as doctrine, the kingdom of heaven is for all not just who you think is chosen or a limited atonement (to a certain number or type of people).  

As we can see other versions of the bible were made to fit other watered down religions so people could be easily controlled by other Religions and not the spirit of God but instead by man and demons. God warns not to remove one jot or tiddle of his word. Going back the purest forms of Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic manuscripts its vital to worship God in truth and spirit, and to be able to discern false teachers and false doctrine that corrupt the body of believers.

Calvanists believe once saved always saved this is not true, is an extremely dangerous lie.  God commands us to walk out our own salvation with fear and trembling, and to not practice sins that lead to loosing our eternal reward and relationship with God/ Yeshua/Holy Spirit. (see verses below).

There are many things wrong with Calvanism I wont even touch on the others, but this lie alone is worth fleeing the false teachers and prophets in the is place.

Amalgam Fillings

Background
Amalgam is the generic term applied to the silver-mercury filling commonly used in dentistry to restore teeth. Amalgam is also known as the "silver filling" (due to its shiny appearance) or the silver–mercury filling. Amalgam literally means mixed with mercury and in the dental sense that is true. Powdered metals and metal compounds consisting of silver, copper, tin and zinc are mixed with about an equal weight of liquid mercury. Three different types of chemical reactions take place within this mixture and the resultant silver-mercury amalgam will set at room temperature and, most importantly, within a few minutes.
Silver-mercury amalgam has been used as a filling material for 160 years and has enjoyed the reputation of being an inexpensive, long lasting filling. The materials alone only cost about one dollar. Although the average life span of a silver-mercury amalgam filling is only around five years, according to Dr. Leon Silverstone at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry, some amalgam fillings have been known to last for up to 20 years.
Three times now, mercury from fillings has been accused of initiating diseases. The first time was in the 1830s, again in the 1920s and the third time a movement started in 1973 in which more substantial information has been available to determine the toxicity of mercury. Up until recently, it was felt that the mercury stayed within the filling. Now it is known that mercury leaches out every minute of the day.

Today's Fillings
Mercury comprises about 50 percent of the most common filling in the world called silver-mercury amalgam. Amalgam also contains copper, tin, silver and zinc. It is silver colored when first placed; therefore, the name, "silver" filling. After it has been in the mouth, mercury fillings begin to tarnish. The blacker the filling, the more tarnish has taken place. Silver-mercury fillings have an electrical current which can be measured. The higher the current, the faster mercury is being released. As of 1976, the new ADA sponsored (and patent holder) high copper mercury amalgam started taking over the market. Mercury is released 50 times faster from high copper (around 30 percent) amalgam than the "conventional" silver-mercury amalgam of before that time.
Currently dental amalgam fillings contain around 48 to 51 percent mercury by weight. Copper comes in second with the high copper amalgam now leading the markets. Copper can be from 24 to 33 percent of the amalgam. The higher the copper level, the faster the mercury and copper - both - are emitted from the fillings. If a gold crown is anywhere in the mouth, mercury comes off faster. According to university studies done by Dr. Chew, over the first two years after placement, amalgams release bout 34 micrograms of mercury per filling (per square centimeter of filling exposed) per day. These tests were done of silver-mercury fillings sitting in water and tested daily.
There are many things that make mercury come out faster. As just mentioned, any other metals such as gold crowns, nickel crowns and removable bridges will increase the speed of release of mercury. Chewing foods increases the emissions, dramatically. Hot liquids, like coffee, increase the release by thousands of percent, but only for 10 or 15 minutes. Abrasion from chewing gum increases the release of mercury by 1500 percent as published. Abrasion during the grinding of teeth during waking or sleeping hours, called "bruxism," also releases mercury vapor.
Compression of the filling from chewing releases mercury into the mouth. The electrical charge on a filling gives a hint as to how fast mercury, copper and other metals are being released. The higher the current measured, the faster the mercury release. The total amount of mercury released would be difficult to measure, but suffice it to say that the current measurements are adequate to contribute significantly to disease processes and the actual total mercury release in a living human being with saliva (which has a much higher electrical potential with dissimilar metals than water), in a warm , with acidic foods, bruxism, chewing gum, eating foods and several hundred bacterial strains is greater than any of today's estimates.

Introduces Anti-Amalgam Bill

In November 2001, U.S.Representative Diane Watson (D-CA] announced that she was introducing a bill intended to stop dentists from using amalgam to fill cavities [1]. She appears to believe that the mercury content of amalgam poses a severe threat to health. There isn't a shred of scientific evidence supporting this belief.
Amalgam use has been supported by the American Dental Association [2]; the U.S. Public Health Service; the vast majority of dentists; the National Council Against Health Fraud; and Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports magazine [3]. But Watson, who appears to have swallowed anti-amalgam propaganda completely, thinks that a law is needed to protect the American public from science-based beliefs.

Background Information

Representative Watson was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in a special election on June 5, 2001, with 75% of the vote. The top 20 contributors to her campaign included the American Medical Association ($5,000), the American Academy of Ophthalmology ($2,500) and the American Dental Association ($1,500). [4] Before entering Congress, she had spent several months as the U.S. Ambassador to Federated States of Micronesia and 20 years as a California state senator, representing the 26th Senatorial District, which encompasses a large portion of Los Angeles. Her background includes:

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, University of California, Los Angeles
• Master of Science Degree in School Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles
• Attendance at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University
• PhD in Educational Administration from the Claremont Graduate School in 1987
• Her occupational experience includes working as an elementary school teacher, acting principal, assistant superintendent of child welfare, and school psychologist. She has taught at both Cal State Los Angeles and Long Beach. She taught gifted children in Okinawa and France; directed the Secondary School Allied Health Professions Project at UCLA; and was a health occupations specialist for the California Department of Education.
• She was named "Legislator of the Year" several times by the State Bar of California, CSULA, the California Trial Lawyers Association, the California National Organization for Women, and the State Council on Developmental Disabilities; and in 1982, she received the "Alumnus of the Year Award" from UCLA.

In 1992, the California state legislature passed a law written by Watson that would require the state dental board to issue a document listing the risks and efficacies of dental materials. In June 2001, in a letter to the Board, Watson explained that her intent was to focus on amalgam so that consumers would know that "silver" fillings contain mercury and that the mercury content poses a hazard. The simple truth of the matter is that although some forms of mercury are toxic, the mercury in amalgam is tightly bound to other chemicals and is safe. The dental board said this clearly in the fact sheet it released in October 2001:

There are differences between dental materials and the individual elements or components that compose these materials. For example, dental amalgam filling material is composed mainly of mercury (43-54%) and varying percentages of silver, tin, and copper (46-57%). . . . Like all materials in our environment, each of these elements by themselves is toxic at some level of concentration if they are taken into the body. When they are mixed together, they react chemically to form a crystalline metal alloy. Small amounts of free mercury may be released from amalgam fillings over time and can be detected in bodily fluids and expired air. The important question is whether any free mercury is present in sufficient levels to pose a health risk. Toxicity of any substance is related to dose, and doses of mercury or any other element that may be released from dental amalgam fillings falls far below the established safe levels as stated in the 1999 US Health and Human Service Toxicological Profile for Mercury Update [5].

The New Bill

Watson's proposed bill, titled the Mercury in Dental Filling Disclosure and Prohibition Act, would amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to "prohibit the introduction of dental amalgam into interstate commerce . . . effective January 1, 2007, if it is a mercury alloy intended for use as a dental amalgam." As of July 1, 2002, it would would also ban amalgam use in children under 18 years of age, pregnant women, and lactating women, and would require a warning that " the product contains mercury, which is an acute neurotoxin, and therefore poses health risks. The bill's second section -- a list of 11 "Congressional findings" -- would declare that amalgam "is an acute neurotoxin," "continually emits poisonous vapors," poses great danger to developing infants, and is opposed by several prestigious medical organizations. Each of these assertions is preposterous.
In announcing her intentions, Watson contributed to a press release that appears to have been written and distributed by the public relations agency for an anti-amalgam organization. The statements in the release, which is posted to an antifluoridation site, are similar to those in the proposed bill [6].
National Council Against Health Fraud president Robert S. Baratz, M.D., D.D.S., Ph.D., has written detailed analyses of both the bill and the press release [7,8]. He notes that Watson doesn't appear to understand that different forms of mercury have different properties and that the mercury in tooth restorations poses no danger. He also points out that since the FDA doesn't actually regulate amalgam, the bill might not have any effect even if it were passed. But he warns:

The American scientific community, on which the FDA depends in part for its advice in the FDA regulatory processes, bases its opinions on the scientific process of discovery, validated by experimental evidence. The purpose of this bill seems to mandate the adoption of illegitimate facts upon the scientific community. It would be a grave and dangerous precedent for that to occur. The review and regulation of medical devices and their components should be based on objective scientific fact, not political whimsy [7].

In May 2002, Time magazine's Web site posted a column by science writer Leon Jaroff urging Watson to modify her views on amalgam fillings. Calling Watson "scientifically unsophisticated," Jaroff stated that her association with amalgam opponents "can only tarnish what has been an otherwise worthy career" and advised her to get over her "amalgam hang-up" and "learn not to be taken in by quacks." Amalgam opponents file lawsuit against FDA

WASHINGTON, USA: Last week, several groups advocating for mercury-free dentistry fillings filed a lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration, accusing the state agency of failing to address the risk of mercury in dental fillings properly. The plaintiffs are demanding either a formal ban on dental amalgam use or a risk reclassification of dental amalgam by the FDA.

According to nonprofit health organization the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Technology (IAOMT), the FDA failed to respond within a reasonable time to petitions calling for a ban or placement in a higher risk class with additional restrictions and more stringent proof of safety.

The FDA currently lists dental amalgam as a Class II device, a class of higher risk devices that require greater regulatory control to provide safety and effectiveness, such as condoms. However, the agency does not prescribe control or other measures intended to protect the public although the risks of dental amalgam fillings have been demonstrated scientifically by a number of studies, IAOMT stated.

Among other findings, it has been documented that mercury, which can accumulate in the body, is associated with adverse effects in the nervous system and the kidneys. Children in particular are more susceptible to the effects of mercury from dental amalgam fillings. Therefore, many countries advise against the placement of mercury fillings in children and pregnant women. Owing to its toxicity, the chemical has been banned in disinfectants, thermometers and many other consumer products.

According to IAOMT, a joint panel of physicians and dentists reviewed the FDA's white paper on dental amalgam in 2006 and found that it did not demonstrate adequate proof of safety. In addition, the FDA's scientific advisory panel urged the agency to review its amalgam recommendations based on current science in 2010. However, the FDA has not revised its statement to date.

The academy also stated that the U.S. government is the largest user of dental amalgam. It is provided to welfare recipients, prisoners, people residing on American Indian reservations and the military, serving predominately low-income patients, including women and children.

The lawsuit was filed on March 5 at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by several nonprofit organizations dedicated to raising awareness of and educating the public on the dangers of mercury, including IAOMT, Moms Against Mercury, Dental Amalgam Mercury Solutions and the Coalition for Mercury-free Drugs, as well as individuals who claim to have suffered adverse effects of mercury.

Are you Brave enough?

Yeah this is awesome! In order to survive we need passion and less time spent on focusing on fear, death, worries, ect. Passions in life are so natural, its just we keep going after the counterfeit ones (just like artificial foods, drugs for happiness, and premature joy like credit-cards for quick material fixes, yes you can always bless your food and grow from bad decisions, but there is something about natural passion that fuels a brave life). For example I want true bravery. I know I cant live a life of fear anymore its just killing  me physically and spiritually. You can have no fear of any animal and they will respect the Godly bravery and love inside you, oh yea I believe I can do this too, we were created to walk, talk, enjoy all the animals, and all  of creation with our heavenly Father and all people on earth.  So did David from the bible, even though he was a murderer and cheated on his wife and ruined many peoples lives by lies and deception (face it no one is perfect, but we have to realize there are lies out there holding us as victims), he repented fell in love with the God who created all and was truly sorry, he sung his heart out and his pains and thankfulness for years and still to this day teaches all of us how to be a Free Spirit!!! (which is another name for the Holy Spirit which is a gift and seal to us from God, but that is another topic I will cover at another time).  (Please read and watch below all that is possible with God, but will you have the faith and take time to know his love and grace?)
